I'm Daniel. Before Aquarius Ops, I was in the trenches of actual business operations — as a Mortgage Loan Originator, as a co-founder of an e-commerce company that did over $350,000 in revenue in its first year, and helping scale an independent café. Each of those roles taught me the same thing: the businesses that win are the ones that respond first.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator focused on refinances and cash-out refis, I dealt with homeowners at every stage — people ready to move, people on the fence, people who'd already called three other lenders before I picked up. I learned fast that the speed of your first response is often the whole game.

I studied Information Systems at The Ohio State University, which gave me a foundation in how technology actually integrates with a business — not just the theory.
