Aquarius Ops (“Aquarius Ops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit aquariusops.com, submit a form on our website, respond to one of our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), or otherwise communicate with us — and how we use, share, and protect that information.
By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

If you interact with one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. may share with us the information you submitted in the lead form, along with limited campaign and event data. We do not receive your full Facebook or Instagram profile.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct a demo of our service
- Contact you by phone, SMS, or email about Aquarius Ops products and services
- Send follow-up communications related to your demo or interest
- Operate, secure, and improve our website

3. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications
When you submit a Meta lead form, request a demo, or otherwise share your contact information with us, you agree that Aquarius Ops may contact you by phone, SMS/text message, or email at the contact information you provided, for the purpose of scheduling and conducting a demo and informing you about our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or replying to that email. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time. Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and to measure the performance of our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, which help us understand which advertisements lead to demo requests and to deliver our ads to people who may be interested.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business, and only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers who help us run our website, communications, scheduling, and advertising — for example, hosting, email, SMS, calendar booking, CRM, and analytics providers.
- Advertising partners, including Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure ad performance and improve targeting. We may share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address or phone number) for ad measurement and matching purposes.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to operate our business, respond to you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of marketing emails, SMS, and calls (see Section 3)

9. Children
Our website and services are intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
